Ideally, newborn photography sessions should be booked during pregnancy to ensure availability. The ideal time to photograph your newborn is between 7 and 12 days of age, when babies are typically sleepier and easier to pose.
If you haven't pre-booked, don't worry! Contact us as soon as your baby arrives, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Older newborns are always welcome, too!

Depending which type of Newborn Session you book, the session will run from 20 minutes for a lifestyle newborn session, to 2.5 hours for the Full Newborn with Family

With over 20 years of experience photographing newborns, your little one is in experienced hands! I've completed specialized training in newborn posing and safe handling in both Canada and the United States.
All of my newborn sessions are baby-led, meaning your baby's comfort and safety always come first. If your little one isn't comfortable with a particular pose, we simply adjust and try something different. Every baby is unique, and I work with their individual needs rather than forcing a pose.
My goal is to create beautiful, timeless portraits while keeping your baby safe, comfortable and content throughout the experience.

Not a thing! We provide everything for your newborn photography session, right down to the smallest detail. From beautiful wraps and outfits to carefully selected props and accessories, everything is ready for your little one's arrival.
That being said, if you have a sentimental item or something of special significance you'd love to incorporate into your baby's portraits, you're always welcome to bring it along!

Absolutely! When you book our Full Newborn Session, parents and siblings are welcome to be photographed alongside your newest family member.
